Netanyahu orders IDF to prepare for possible strike on Iran

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon have ordered the army to continue preparing for a possible military strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities at a cost of at least 10 billion shekels ($2.89 billion) this year, despite the talks between Iran and the West, according to recent statements by senior military officers.

Three Knesset members who were present at Knesset joint committee hearings on Israel Defense Forces plans that were held in January and February say they learned during the hearings that 10 billion shekels to 12 billion shekels of the defense budget would be allocated this year for preparations for a strike on Iran, approximately the same amount that was allocated in 2013.

Some MKs asked the army’s deputy chief of staff, Maj. Gen. Gadi Eizenkot, and planning directorate official Brig. Gen. Agai Yehezkel whether they felt there was justification for investing so much money in those preparations, said the MKs present at the meetings, who asked that their names be withheld because of the sensitivity of the issue. They said some lawmakers also asked whether the interim agreement reached between Iran and the six powers in November 2013, and the ongoing negotiations for a full nuclear accord, had caused any change in the IDF’s preparations.

Whenever an end-time event is mentioned people always think about the battle of Armageddon or better still WW3 as some will call it.. There are several end-time wars that are prophesied in the bible.  The battle at Megiddo is just one out of several. The certainty of this war is undisputed yet it is not the next major war the world is about to witness.

Bible Prophesy - FALL OF DAMASCUS?

Could this be the end of Damascus as foretold?  The book of Isaiah and Jeremiah foretold the destruction of Damascus.

These two prophets talked extensively that this city would be a pile of rubble. The city of Damascus has been conquered by various armies but never was a time that it was a pile of rubble. This indicates that this prophesy is yet to be fulfilled. Another proof that it is yet to be fulfilled is that this city has always retained its name unlike when the bible talks about Persia you know it refers to Iran, this is not figurative and needs no calculation or analysis or special interpretation. It is a direct one.

In light of all the evidence for a beginning of the space-time universe,the Beginner must be outside the space-time universe. When God is suggested as the Beginner, atheists are quick to ask the age-old question, “Then who made God?
 If everything needs a cause, then God needs a cause too!“

As we have seen, the Law of Causality is the very foundation of science.Science is a search for causes, and that search is based on our consistent observation that everything that has a beginning has a cause. In fact, the question “Who made God?” points out how seriously we take the Law of Causality. It‘s taken for granted that virtually everything needs a cause.

So why then ­doesn‘t God need a cause? Because the atheist’s contention misunderstands the Law of Causality. The Law of Causality does not say that everything needs a cause. It says that everything that comes to be needs a cause. God did not come to be. No one made God. He is unmade. As an eternal being, God did not have a beginning,so he ­didn’t need a cause.
